So, Hi guys, my names Tahlia but most people just call me Tahl, i'm 18 and a media student at college. I have Cystic Fibrosis and Diabetes, which can be a lot to handle, but i guess any CF's reading this know what i'm on about. My CF is quite severe and i go in hospital about every 5 - 6 weeks-ish for 3 sometimes more weeks. I'm currently starting the process of being refereed to transplant, which was a lot to take in. My blog is taking things day by day, as i don't believe in looking to far into the future.
I also have a beautiful little brother who suffers from CF but luckily his a very healthy CF, which makes me feel better to know his not suffering as much as i am.
I try and do as much with my friends and family as possible and there my rock and keep me strong. i couldn't ask for more support.
ps, I'm quite new to all this, im still trying to figure it all out, so if its awful, i'm sorry.
